The Largest Project I have worked is 210 plus 210 Megawatts Pipri Thermal Power Station Unit 1& 2 with all its infra structures including one Bridge, roads, Sea Water Intake Channel, Sea Water Pump House, Turbine House & TG foundation, Switch Gear Buildings (220kv, 132kv & 11kv), Raw Water Basin, Fuel Tank Foundations, Administration Block, Canteen, Helipads, Workshop, RCC Underground & Overhead Cable Ducts, Leveling & Grading, Land Escaping & External Development, Boundary Wall, Gate Houses, and many small structures, in fact a big Structure Complex. I have carried out all post tender Contract Administration & Estimating functions including Finalization the Huge Project Independently. My Responsibility on this project all Quantity Surveying & Estimating functions including preparation, submission & getting approval of Interim & Final bills, preparation, submission & getting approval of Claims & Extra Items, timely advising project manager regarding Contractual Obligations, preparation, submission & getting approval of all Finalization Documents, preparation, submission & getting approval of Variation Orders, preparation, submission & getting approval of Bar Bending Schedule, preparation of Ordinary & Specialist Sub Contracts, Takeoff of all Earth Works, Sub Structures, Super Structures, Finishes, Steel bars, Steel Structures, Bridge, Roads & other ancillary structures, Computing & Indenting Construction Materials, Checking & Advising Corrections in Execution Drawings, Organizing preparation of As Built Drawings, Initiating all Contractual Correspondence including correspondence regarding Extension of Time, and other routine Quantity Surveying and Estimating functions.**
